We use the USPS or UPS for shipping of all orders. Shipping fees are calculated at a flat rate of $10.

In lieu of shipping, Free Local Pickup is available during business hours, Monday thru Friday, on the west side of Olympia, WA. This option can be chosen at checkout.

Orders placed by 5:00pm are typically fulfilled, packaged, and delivered to the post office within 48 hours. In some cases, order processing may take up to 3-4 full business days. Orders placed over the weekend are usually delivered to the post office by the end of the following Monday.

Once your package has been provided to the post office, you will receive an email notification that includes your tracking information. Depending on your location, if you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at bath.ish@yahoo.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
